Tom Manger is the recently retired former police chief from Montgomery County Maryland, and the past president of the Major Cities Police Chief's Association. During his 42 years in law enforcement he worked with three different presidential administrations. In this special podcast he talks about the need for public discipline for police officers, acknowledges police departments have to do a better job weeding out racist cops and talks about the process of building trust with minority communities as well as his interactions with president Obama and Trump.
